Squat series for ROM at the hip joint






As per our February newsletter, I am recommending incorporating squats and walking lunges into our weekly workout to balance the tension around the hip joint that can occur after walking in snow and icy conditions for several weeks.

Groundhog Day Class cancelled

We LOVE winter walking but we do not love winter driving. Class is cancelled for this morning in Oakville and tonight in Hamilton and Toronto to help the plows clear the road.

Also, how do you think the poor groundhog has fared and what does it mean if he doesn't come up at all?

I guess shovelling is our workout today. Remember to use your hips not your back - squat to scoop!
