Counting meteors on night walks

No pics of this...but last night during walking class, I saw two meteors fly through the skies. I guess that was the reward for walking when the temperature was -20 degrees Celsius with the wind chill.

There isn't always such an obvious reward but there always is a reward - whether it be the resulting vital state of mind and mood, the beauty of white snow against holiday lights, or the companionship.

It's always good to get out.
